morning!!!
wahha....i'm having my usual mood swings again.
Suddenly, i got inspired to blog in the morning. blog over my morning hot water (mind you, coffee, tee and milo, not my style- too much hassle to prepare in the morning).
And so the story goes, went out with my Pa for dinner. Dads aren't something i usually take for granted. SERIOUS, not everyone has a great dad like mine- err except the part he was interrogating my moody sis over the dinner table. Being the youngest child, i'm the 'teh'/'manja' one especially to my dad. love it when dad takes me out for a plain dinner at some neighbourhood restaurant. N the 'best' thing about dear pa is, he loves to nag. Now that i'm living away from home, hearing his long lectures is a privilege. Erm, not exactly.... But at least he and mummy nag about different stuff, which makes it less 'boring' LOL.
Anyways, the trials were just over and well, i seriously haven't really talked about it. you know, i don't really talk when sumthing isn't rite. True: after all that talk about breaking my own records, i probably have done my worst for the year, especially for specialist math. No doubt, i really messed it all up n now i'll have to have a GOOD time putting the pieces bek together. Not easy, i know......but well i wanna find my form 2 spirit. I was a better motivated soul then. Everything I wanted for that year, I got. I even thought i looked my best back then.
wahha, sounds like i'm aging. can't help it, eh?? everyone does.
Last friday, i went out with my dear s7 mates n yoke kuan!!! haha...had a lot of fun at times square and sungei wang although the 1st 30 mins we met yoke kuan, we were actually juz wondering about aimlessly. N then in a while, yoke kuan left. Funny, when she was back here studying SAM, i never really bothered hang out with her n now, well, i don't think 3 hours with her is enough. Absence make the heart grow fonder ahh..........
N then we went to watch rob-b-hood (erm think so, we called it the jackie chan movie with the baby). I think the show was great but absolutely fake. Hong kong films n tv series have a way with that. Not to mention some singers and beauty queens who should stick to their turf. Hey, noone said if ur pretty and you can sing, you can act, okay?? Erm, we all had a good laugh too bcoz some gals at the back kept making high pitched noises about how cute the baby is. Aww, c'mon, who doesn't think itz cute?? I bet itz one of those L*L* mui which i find aplenty in sungei wang n time square......rofl.....mean eh? but all the same, rob-b-hood is a good watch but i personally would wait for it to hit the tv. I prefer going to the big screens only for the action packed movies, love the sound effects!!!
Auditions for the corroboree performances will be today. Hopefully will see some nice acts like the previous one and hopefully noone lame will catch the audiences eye........
